We want every homeowner who needs help with water damage to be able to use this site, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or small screens in stressful circumstances.

What we do

• Semantic headings and landmarks, with one clear page heading per page
• Every form field has a visible label; required fields and errors are announced in text, not color alone
• Visible keyboard focus states and logical tab order
• Sufficient color contrast for body text, and decorative icons hidden from assistive technology
• A phone alternative for every task: anything the form does can be done by calling (509) 219-3080
